Remittance Instructions:

For Credit Card by Fax Orders:
Please place your order on-line, print a copy of the order and fax the order along with your credit card information to: 1-954-986-1399

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Please be sure to include the name on the card, the credit card billing address, the credit card number, credit card expiration date, and the cvv number on the back of the card with the fax.

 

For Payments by Money Order or Certified Check:

Please print two copies of the order and remit one with payment to the above address. We accept certified checks or money orders. No personal checks or business checks will be accepted.

 

For Payments Wire Transfer & International Orders:

First, please place on order for the software on-line using our shopping cart. Create an account in the system and then. Enter your order as normal, and select "International Order" as the payment method. During the account creation process, the system will ask you for a Username and a Password, please remember these as you will need them to download your software once the payment clears the bank and your order is approved.

It is also critically important that you enter a good reliable email address when you enter your account information, since this is the email address that all upgrade notices will go to and it is also the email address where the passwords for the software will be sent.

Once your order is placed, you can remit the payment for the order as follows:

All customers outside the United States must pay via wire transfer. Please send the wire for the price of the software in US Dollars, and send us an email with the wire transfer details, including your Bank Name, your company information and the name of the product you are ordering. When the wire clears the bank you can download the software from our site. Wire sent through the bank usually clear within 48 - 72 hours.

It is very important that you email the wire transfer confirmation numbers to sales@stfb.com once the wire is complete so we can match it to your order in the system when it arrives.

If you have problems downloading the software, please let us know and we will work with you to make sure you are able to successfully download it, we can do things like split it into multiple files and such if you have a problem with large downloads.

Please note that we can no longer ship the software overseas, you must accept delivery of the products electronically or have then shipped to a US address.

 

For payments by Purchase Order (Government Agencies Only!):
Please print the Quote that appears on the screen during the order entry process, and then login to the Customer Service System and print a copy of the Order, and the Sole Source Statement. We will then send you the invoice and we will call and discuss payment arrangements, or you can call the sales department at 1-877-767-5770
