Are you having problems receiving our emails with answers to your questions, or are you missing your upgrade notices?
Many ISP's are now arbitrarily blocking entire ranges of IP addresses, over-aggressive spam filtering is blocking many legitimate email messages, and many messages are getting lost simply due to spam volume.
There are several steps that you can take to make sure you receive your emails from STFB Inc.:
1) Please make sure you check your junk mail folder for mailings from STFB Inc.
2) Add sales@stfb.com, support@stfb.com, and usersupport@stfb.com to your safe list.
3) Add stfb.com and stfb.net to your servers safe list or white list.
4) When sending email, please use a distinct subject line to help you remember not to filer out that message.
5) If you are expecting an email from us with an attachment, make sure your server and / or ISP is not set to block all emails with attachments. This has been a popular setting since the viruses have been crossing the internet, but it prevents us from sending you requested files. We ONLY send files with attachments at your request. If you receive a file with an attachment from us that you did not specifically request, do not open the attachment.
All emails that we send are either requests to specific sales or technical support questions, or news to people that have requested information from us in the past and to our double opt-in protected email list. We never send un-solicited emails. We never let a third party use these lists.
All of our emails contain the name of a real person, real email address, real return address, real company address, and a real phone number without exception.
If you believe that you have received an unsolicited email from STFB Inc. please forward it to support@stfb.com or call us toll free at 1-877-767-5770 with information about the email. Also, you can check the "Header" of the email and see if the email did in fact originate from our servers.
